May 2019 – Let’s Begin/Weaver Wanderer
A fabulous car show/family fun day at our stunning venue in the Heart of Cheshire – Hankelow Hall. We supplied a large Three Big Hat Tipi and we were the organisers of the Weaver Wanderer aimed to raise as much for Charity as we could with the long standing car show – 2019 being the 20th Anniversary for the Weaver Wander to be held in Nantwich. Cheshire Tipi wanted to get involved and make the after event more of an occasion and we had a number of live artists/DJs at the event – Megan Lee Singer, Jazz Band, Dave the Saxophonist with Warble Entertainment, DJ – John Stebbings with Function Event Hire. We also had amazing drink and food suppliers such as Noughts and Crosses Pizzas, Pepper Ink and Toms Super Whip Ice-cream.
We also held a raffle for people to win a number of prizes from local companies and suppliers who kindly gifted vouchers and products for people to win. Cheshire Tipi Donated a £500 voucher towards a booking and was won by Natalie Carden.
We made over £10,000 for several Charities in total, including Donna Louise, St. Lukes Hospice, Macmillan, Soroptimists and many more.
We love not only supplying our Tipis for a great cause and also for fabulous local events but we absolutely love help organising and raising money for such wonderful causes.
June 2019 – Tom and Ben Curry 21st Birthday
We supplied our Two Big Hat Tipi with accessories, seating, lighting and more to Tom and Ben Curry – known as our very own England Rugby Players. We were honoured to supply our gorgeous Tipi for their Hawaiian themed 21st Birthday party! Including our gorgeous open flame firepit, oak effect dancefloor, solid wood rustic bar and vintage effect feature light.
July 2019 – St Lukes Hospice Charity Weekend
We supplied our large Three Big Hat Tipis at this wonderful event held by St Lukes Hospice and Jo at Burland Hall. The fabulous event was held in aid of the St Lukes Hospice and raising money for such a great cause. Starting the weekend with an outdoor cinema and dining experience and then into a family fun day/dog show and markets – the tipi was used as a seating area for VIP for the outdoor cinema and for some market stall holders and catering for the family fun day. Our Tipis aren’t only beautiful – they are multi-purpose and very versatile. The weather was not kind to them that weekend but thank god for our tipis – this allowed them to carry on their weekend and raise money for such a great cause.
August 2019 – Charlotte & Johns Wedding
We supplied our wonderful friends and recommended suppliers (Function Event Hire and Charlotte Talbot Photography) with a beautiful Three Big Hat Tipi for their wedding of 80 during the day and 150 in the evening. They had Rustic Tables and benches, fairy lights, disco balls, food stalls – festival style! All you could want for a country outdoor wedding in Cheshire.

We supplied a stunning Two Big Hat Open-Fronted Tipi of which was dressed with our large 6ft round tables, limewash Chiavari chairs, trestle tables for the food and cake, firepits, feature lights and all the beautiful lighting. We supplied our Three Big Hat Tipi in a triangle formation which had a large seating area with our stunning rustic whiskey barrels and tall bar stools and also our Large 4.5m Diameter Bar to serve over 800 people at the German Beer Festival. Alongside other suppliers such as Marquees.com, Jordys Pizza, Bratengrill, Roaches Roaster and Function Event Hire.
November – December 2019 – Liverpool Christmas Markets
We were extremely excited to be a part of the fast-growing Liverpool Christmas Markets alongside Clarke Events. Supplying our stunning Two Big Hat Tipi with our fixed Wooden Doors and fairy lights internally and externally. We were placed right outside St. Georges Hall Liverpool, we were placed right next to the large Ferris wheel and opposite all the food stands. We floored the Tipi for the 6 weeks with a solid wooden flooring with a carpet and heated it with gas heater which makes it feel cosy and like a permanent structure. This set up was stunning and pictured by thousands of people that visited the markets and tipis which added to the Christmasy feel that the markets and Tipis combined bring to Liverpool.
